Challenge

A large estate of aging CyberQuery (CQ) reports still ran AP, AR, payroll, and operational reporting — costly to maintain and blocking the move to modern BI.

Led the decommissioning end to end: report inventory and prioritization, coordinating the rebuild on governed pipelines and Power BI, validation against source, phased cutover, and change enablement.

Divisional P&L with workforce-based cost allocation

Challenge

A multi-division services organization couldn't see true profitability by division — shared and overhead costs sat in a single pool, so no division's real cost-to-serve or margin was visible to leadership.

Built the division-level profit-and-loss analysis that broke costs out by division and allocated shared costs across divisions using divisional workforce (headcount) as the allocation driver.

A divisional P&L that exposed each division's real cost structure and margin, giving leadership a defensible basis for pricing, staffing, and cost decisions.

Change enablement for a Power BI reporting rollout

Challenge

A reporting modernization was moving the business onto new, predominantly Power BI reporting — but the real risk was adoption: users trusted their legacy reports and spreadsheets and needed to transition with confidence, not just be handed a new tool.

As part of the implementation team, helped build and actively run the change enablement plan — stakeholder meetings, role-based training and how-to videos, communications over email and Teams, defect tracking and reporting, and regular status reporting through a phased transition off the legacy reports.

Users carried onto the new Power BI reporting with confidence — the plan was actually run, not shelved, and became a repeatable starting point for future custom-reporting rollouts.

Accounts payable invoicing app

Challenge

Invoices were built from a spreadsheet template that broke whenever invoice lines ran long — forcing rework on nearly every invoice — and there was no clear way to see the status of invoices in flight.

Traced the rework to its root cause, redefined the invoicing workflow around it, and drove delivery, testing, and change enablement for a custom AP dashboard, invoice register, and guided invoice creator.

Challenge

A services organization needed a secure invoicing and accounts-receivable platform — single sign-on, branded invoices and statements, payment tracking, and email sent from a controlled mailbox — instead of stitching together third-party tools.

Role

Product Owner & Delivery Lead

Owned and delivered the platform end to end with Claude for AI-assisted build — requirements, workflow, and testing, including custom AI skills to drive the build — across authentication, the data model, document generation, and email.

Outcome

A production invoicing/AR platform: SSO-gated with passwordless email, plus client dashboards, statements, payment tracking, and audit controls — delivered end to end and AI-accelerated.
